Art 1.: About the IIBLC® exams:
- Art 1.1: Subscriptions for the IIBLC® exams can only be made via the website exam subscription sheet. A confirmation of your subscription will be sent with a request for payment. No subscription is complete and accepted without full payment before the registration deadline.
Art 1.2: Subscriptions to the IIBLC® exam can be cancelled prior to the registration deadline which is explicitly indicated on the exam page. The registration dead line approximately falls one month before the actual exam date. Exam subscriptions can be cancelled only by sending an email to Milvus firstname.lastname@example.org stating you are unable to take the exam and that you want to take it on another date. The cancellation is only complete and accepted as soon as you received an email from Milvus confirming your cancellation. Please note that you need to register online again to subscribe for another exam.
Art 1.3: The only acceptable reason to cancel an exam subscription after the registration deadline or for not showing up at the exam are medical reasons or emergencies. In case of this situation you must email a written explanation in English together with a copy/scan of the medical certificate to Milvus CZ: email@example.com. All certificates will be sent to IIBLC® for evaluation purposes and if the latter approves the emergency your next exam will be free of charge.
Art 1.4: Exam subscription fees remain payable and are not reimbursed but candidates are free to choose another exam date as per Art. 1.2
Art. 2: About the trainings:
Art 2.1: Subscriptions for a training can only be made via the website training subscription sheet. A confirmation of your subscription will be sent with a request for payment. No subscription is complete without full payment prior to the training starting date.
Art 2.2: The cost of the training program is always stated on the web page (price excl. VAT). Unless stated otherwise, this amount covers costs for catering during the training and documentation as indicated on the final subscription sheet. A training never includes travel, nor dinner nor hotel costs.
Art 2.3: Milvus will confirm the final roll-out of the training 4 weeks in advance by providing you the following information: training location, trainer and hotel (if requested). We advise you to only book flights and hotel accommodation upon receipt of Milvus’ final subscription information sheet.
How to cancel a training enrolment? If an enrolled training participant wants to cancel his/her enrolment more than four weeks in advance to the training starting date, an email must be sent to Milvus CZ firstname.lastname@example.org . Without any cost, Milvus can:
- Cancel his/her enrolment
- Move his/her enrolment to a later session of the training
Your cancellation is complete as soon as you received an email from Milvus confirming your cancellation.
If an enrolled training participant wants to cancel his/her enrolment less than four weeks in advance to the training starting date, a colleague of the same company can take his/her place in the training course.
This change of attendant must be notified to Milvus via email. If no replacement is sent, the training fee remains payable and payments made are not reimbursed.
Art. 3 Cancellation of the training course by Milvus:
If unforeseen circumstances or an insufficient number of enrollments result in Milvus having to cancel the training program, postpone the date or change the location, Milvus will let you know immediately. Amounts paid will not be reimbursed but Milvus will give you first priority to the next course. No claim nor compensation can be made for any arrangements made like flights, hotel or any other costs or damages incurred.
Art. 4 Intellectual property of the training material:
The training material is owned solely and exclusive by Milvus and its Affiliated Parties, if any.The use of the training material is restricted so no one may do any of the following or aid any one in such endeavor:
- Remove any proprietary notice from the training material;
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or in any way duplicate all or any part of the training material;
Art.5 Limitation of liability:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Milvus and the Affiliated Parties shall not be liable for any loss, injury, claim, liability, or damage of any kind resulting in any way from:
any errors in or omissions from the training material or the Milvus Website or any services or products obtainable therefrom,
your use of the training material and the Milvus Website,
In no event shall Milvus or the affiliated parties be liable for any damages whatsoever ( including , without limitation, indirect, remote special, incidental, exemplary or consequential or punitive damages, damages for loss of business profits or revenues, business interruption, loss of business information or corruption or loss of data, problems associated with any applications used in conjunction with the training material, or cost of substitute good or services whether or not such damages were foreseen or unforeseen) even if Milvus or the affiliated parties have been advised to the possibility of such damages.
